If America wakes up in time and we discover we aren't in Iran, then there is another possible future. I give us a much greater chance than Iranians have as we have a violent history. It won't be pretty. And... I made up my losses of last year and then some, but I have no illusion that is stable and know that it could just go pop again. The system is a hornet's nest and even sitting in cash is going to kill people at some point soon I believe. I think a key will be a new political party, perhaps founded by Ron Paul. He's got to get away from the GOP. But not the Green Party. I want to see him start the Gold Party. And there have to be others with some similar economic views or it won't work because he is too old I think to contend.
