Well, that's useful, not. How in the world could they test that? Feed people cholesterol with pure protein only? Or cardboard?

Steak and potatoes are your enemy.

It remains to be seen whether it's the steak or the potatoes.

The Island people of Okinawa and Crete who live so long are FAR FAR different in what they eat and how they exercise than you.

Not so. At least not re the diet. My diet would give an Okinawan something to strive for. <g>

Not so. At least not re the diet. Just like Okinawans, I input tons of cholesterol from my daily fish diet. <g>
