This is a lie; it could never happen, since all figures in tax returns allowed, by statute, to be rounded to the nearest dollar.

Because 1099s are generally not required for corporate filers. Duh.

I did. If it were an area of abuse, TCMP would have trapped it and there would be a regulation requiring 1099 reporting.
