Well y'aaah. The salaries of lots and lots of law enforcement not to mention the budget for all the surveilance gadgets and speed boats and stuff. Then we've got major hubs of industry related to processing and trafficking the stuff all over the world. Shoot, we'd probably collapse the world economy and we wouldn't want to do that now would we. Then where would we be??? We'd uhhh...hmmm we'd have to be pretty creative and innovative. We'd prolly have to come up with some product that is useful or something and sell it. I've always been kind of interested in internal growth myself. Ok, call me selfish. Anyway, that might be a policy the nation could attempt. Have you ever seen the movie 'Pirates of Silicon Valley'. Not exactly a block buster in the entertainment industry but still one of my faves, plus its a true story of innovators who have changed the world.
