I believe that the production cost for a ton of ore is $150, not for an ounce of gold, which may be good for BCMD considering the high-grade.

Good question--the two have been sort of used interchangeably as overall expected gold content is 1 ounce per ton--but when a pocket of high grade is encountered, it obviously doesnt cost $150 per ounce if its 500 ounces per ton ore--so the logical answer is per ton, not per ounce. Therefore, the production cost per ounce of gold recently mined is far lower than $150.
