ma still have citizens who do not buy the insurance.. under law they still haven't decided what they are going to do about it. this was several months ago ma is still talking about how successful their program is running. Yet, they do not want to discuss costs and how they will get their hands around controlling costs. the programs continue to run in the millions of lost dollars. under today's program we have millions of children qualified for free medical all the parents have to do is sign them up... yet,, it doesn't get done.. these kids are in obama numbers of uninsured.
