If government is offering healthcare that people don't sign their kids up for when eligible, well, what can I say? Ya gotta have some personal responsibility for important stuff like that. I suppose this eventually ends up in the ER, which we all know isn't cost effective. I have not read anything on how the US govt would implement the requirement to have insurance, but I'd be interested to know if some data is now out there about that... John
