LOL, what a spin meister you are. The Supreme is supposed to uphold the Constitution, not established precedent.

The precedent wasn't met. Her argument failed because she was enforcing discrimination. All Justices were unanimous in declaring that she should not have ruled on the case without reviewing of the facts.

The Supreme Court did what Supremes do-----the Title VII was established to give preference to everyone but white men. They have finally examined that law and brought ir in line to apply to all people-----as does our Constitution. White men have hunkered down for a long time as women, yes we women, and people of race--- other than white--- were given special priveleges under anti-discrimination laws rather than being based on who is the most qualified for the given job. Finally, the men in this case the firefighters are standing up and saying no more of this nonsense that gives preference to someone who is not qualified to do the job.
