Do some negotiating, call them and say you're just thinking about it, let them do the moving ... i got a great deal out of Telus, like Cheeky's but even better as i was coming off of dial-up ... DSL is much cheaper now than it was a few years ago, you have to be within a certain distance of a switching station to get it, they had me marked down as outside of range but incorrectly so, old BC Tel guy said ask them to check it, they did and sure enough it works well

So is Otto saying anything about ec.v, or is r-e just confused with ecu.to? ... he's a smart guy [referring to Otto of course, lol] but gets the odd one wrong, or sometimes right-but-early [as i believe are his calls on dmm.to and try.to]

I don't have a TV so all mine was phone and internet. Their new modem is made by Siemens, its a wireless/or hardwired what ever you want to use, its also a router, and firewall all in one unit. Just plug it in and it works, no configuring like the older modems.

You have to talk to a supervisor, the sales guy on the phone won't save you squat.
