besides, talk about great qualities, most of the building is obviously earthquake proof, and all the windows are fantastic

sure, piling issues, but, in the great scheme, so what, else all progress made and nothing left to do ... boring ... and when such a state lasts long enough, even when the need to do comes up, the ability to do would be no longer

Nuclear war? I point out over and over that the sun, our dear Sol, should be induced to explode and vaporize the earth in order to provide us the maximum economic benefit. Anything short of that is really just futzing around.
