When Bush took office, he told us we had surpluses as far as the eye could see, plenty of money for everyone and everything.

When he left office, he told us we were in danger of a depression worse than the great depression.

We won't see epic failure like that again in our lifetimes...

First tax to come will be a nation wide same rate VAT.
With that in place he can conveniently hike the VAT a couple of points whenever more funds are needed to pay for his follies.
