July 1 (Reuters) - GM :

* Says management has noticed the continuing high trading volume in GM's common stock at prices in excess of $1

* Says management believes no value for stockholders in bankruptcy liquidation process, even under most optimistic of scenarios * Says management strongly believes secured and unsecured creditors claims will not be fully satisfied
