Federal spending as a percent of GDP went down under Clinton, zoomed up under Bush. (It also went down during Carter before heading back up under Reagan.)

It's Republicans who are incapable of reducing spending, and incapable of fiscal responsibility.

What they're good at is cutting taxes and exploding the deficit.

Has to be a balance BUT it never seems to be addressed on the SPENDING end of the equation.

Are you paying ANY attention to the budget cuts and layoff/position elimination here is Florida? Or just repeating the same old mantra.
