Thank God overall revenue growth was good or we'd be dead meat. I don't mind the R&D expense but what the hell is happening to cost of services?? They must be tied into these government contracts at one price yet the real cost of providing service is much greater. Randy needs to address cost control on the CC. I'm seeing little cost control. The litigation expense has been running ~.02/sh for at least three quarters in a row now. Something smells on the lawyer front. Net revenue as a percentage of sales is way down from last Q. This is not how high growth companies operate. Alas...this was my only stock that closed down on the day. Also - am I paranoid or why did Randy use the word "relationship" to describe Sylvan?? I don't want a f##!ing relationship - we want a PARTNER!

Interesting fact I just picked up . . .

Netscape helps fund the Electronic Privacy Information Center. EPIC has a lobbying voice in encryption and user authentication.

The CC has me a little confused...as in, where is it? I've called the number and am told by the sweet machine voice that it's invalid. Any assistance would be appreciated. Jean

SG&A as a percentage of sales did drop from 25.7% to 22.2%

We closed up today, at the high ($9-7/8) on almost three times normal volume. Apparently the street is not disappointed in the report.

Happily Long IDX,
Duke
