It's gotta be a photoshop scam...where are the "break marks"? No re-bar, no cracked cement, and the ground doesn't match the underside of the building.

Pssssttt! I've got some moose pasture in Canada for sale, but it's not 43-101 compliant! <g>

Edit: Oops! A little Googling provides this story, so it may be true...this (below) picture is the bottom of the building and the previous picture posted here appears to be the TOP of the building (IMHO). Also, match-up the lower window sills to the standing building photo and that also confirms the first photo is the top of the building.
