UIS has had a good % move from its March's L. It has closed ist Apr17 UG and today was able to close above its Apr20 H of $1.64 (two previous attempts on May 5 and June5 failed at the $1.63 l3v3l.<g>)

Although the loss on the 1stQ was unchanged at $0.07 and revenues were 15% lower, the EL for 2009 is around $0.01 vs. $0.36 in 2008 and for 1010 the EE are around $0.10 on the black, so if the earnings come out as expected the stock could test the $5 level.<g>

bigcharts.marketwatch.com

It announced today that it has started private offers to exchange its Senior Notes in private placements for new 12¾% Senior Notes due 2014 abd new 14¼% Senior Notes due 2015 <g>

The stock was up 23.84% during regular session, but lost 3.4% AHs.

SEPR opened with a good DG as expected. I am glad the I was stopped out of it yesterday.<g>

bigcharts.marketwatch.com

However, SEPR from a 'fundies' point of view has a nice +CF and good institutional following.

'Value Investors' would probably add to their positions and consider this a temporary setback, but I rather don't try to 'average down' and will not consider it again until a base is formed and it can start on an UT. As Jessee used to say, the best time to buy stocks is on the way up and when the 'general market trend' is also flowing on the same direction.

The stock is trading with a moderate PE and low PEG. It seems that with better news and better 'general market' it could get to test the $30 level. <g>

ANDR has resistance at the $0.17 level and it needs to close above its Apr 2007 H of $0.21 and its Dec 2004 H of $0.23 before it can reach the 'target' in the low $0.30s <g>

bigcharts.marketwatch.com

But ANDR is a leading developer of innovative digital noise reduction and echo cancelation software and it has recently announced the immediate availability of a new version of AudioCommander 6.0, its software technology that improves audio performance on PCs.<g>
The AudioCommander 6.0 provides a PC Audio Control Panel that allows computer users to optimize and tune their acoustics and audio while using speech recognition applications, VoIP, Game Chat, playing music, or watching movies to achieve the most intelligible audio experience available on a PC.
It runs on PCs using Windows XP, Vista and is optimized for use with the new Windows 7.

As mentioned, in July it announced that its Stereo Array Microphone technology was shipping in select HP PCs and notebooks.

The insiders have been recent buyers. In the 3rdQ ANDR reported significant improvement on revenues and earnings were on the black Vs. a loss in 2008.
There is no ACTAY, but I will keep a moderate target in the low $0.30s.(With some good news on the bottom line and a better market environment, I could think of raising that, since ANDR has NLTD and has room to run.<g>)
