By the way, CA is now sending out IOUs to contractors. No word yet on whether banks will accept them. Must be that stupid Prop. 13 ...

What's frustrating is it took 30 years for prop 13 to catch up with the state. The proponents are long dead and their survivors will fight to the death that there is a connection.
