OT Ummm - i think you all have it wrong. Education is the only LT answer. Soft drugs are almost as abundant in Singapore as the Netherlands. I have done much sampling in my 1.5 years working in Singapore and 3 in Amsterdam. Fewer nationals in Singapore have tried drugs than the Netherlands, but in each case relatively far fewer than in Canada. Trafficking is illegal in both Sing and the Neth but as trading nations with plenty of water access, drugs will be traded and are widely available.
