I'm sure it raises the price, but that's about it.
If you really want to stop drug abuse then you have to edumucate the potential users.
I'll bet that a mean old goat like you has even smoked pot, but you think they should execute the guy you bought it off of instead of you who probably giggled like a 4 year old and thought stupid thoughts, like peace and love, or , why are those people looking at me?....

I too am very against drugs (family member absolute f nightmare-2 years off now) but I believe legalization and taxing is the answer
Will never happen I wonder how much money has been made off Regans "war against drugs" funny thing more users now than before
