your deluding yourself if you think vitamins are going to offset the effects of smoking, however you may be one of the lucky ones with good genes, better to be lucky than good :) The jerk that used to be my Boss smoked like a fiend and was stressed out big time , he never had a sick day in the 20 years I knew him, his old man is 88 and still smokes too
