Yeah, a lot like Teneha, and butt-load of other little shit-hole Texas towns. My kid (20 years younger) got a ticket in Friendswood (a Webster sister-city) for riding his skateboard on the neighborhood street. I got tackled and handcuffed by a lesbo cop on my own front yard for mouthing back about writing a ticket to a girl parked on the wrong side of the street. Luckily that was before they had tasers! You don't fuck with these small-town, small-time gestapo groups down here.
