Jarvis and Gann...extreme wingers. Ain't no crap. They conned more than 50% of us into screwing ourselves. I think the pair of them hit the streets when Raygun closed the mental hospitals.

What a piece of crap. Blame it on the "Extreme Right Wing". What a surprise......an R not willing to take responsibility. Prop 13 is every Rs fantasy, and your forebears pulled off a great coup saddling CA with your WMD. I have worked for government and I have seen the waste first hand and it is incredible. And I have worked in private industry and seen the waste. What's your point? I can walk into any sizable government office and just do my business and see the waste. I have a Government office in the building where I work. The main occupation of the emplyoees seems to be break. You see what you want to see. If I can see this why can't the people who are runnig these offices. All they need to do is open their eyes and fire the deadwood and the problem will be solved. From the gov't offices I've seen in CA, there is little dead wood.
