The more carbs you eat, the more B1 you should take.

B1 converts carbs to energy.

High oral doses are not advised. 100 mgs is considered safe.

Bs are tricky. They are jealous vitamins. The only way to balance them to maintain a balance between them somehow dose wise.

This would seem to imply a B multi like Sisu.

Benfotiamine is a good way to get lots of thiamine in the system. It is good for diabetics and fights alcoholic depletion of the vitamin.
