Have you ever been to China? Beating your brow that China is beating us with Green power would seem a rather sick joke if you had visited there. They can do such visible projects because they do not have the environmental groups and other constituencies holding back development of wind farms and transmission lines. Do you think the Chinese government worries about toads and rare plants when it locates its green wind farms? Thay also have plenty of money to make this happen, something we dont have.
