At the time it was $40 a share and it was 2000 shares..
I still have allot of cpq, but I sold those shares 7 days before the 1990 crash. the IRS eat me up on taxes. I sold at $120 a share adjusted for splits. cpq had a 2-1 split. So, it was 4000 shares at 60 a share ...one week before the 1990 crash.
that was a mistake too...should have just forgot about getting out of market even though I had dream of crash and thought I was smart getting out at the time <ggg>

The IRS ate me alive on taxes.
