I used to work on the Long Dock Beacon project, which is on hold for the time being.

Beacon's OK; I'm there every couple of weeks. It's certainly better than when I first went there in 2001. The middle part of Main Street remains pretty sketchy, though, and they still haven't managed to effectively link the shoreline with the rest of the city.
