It truly is a scam. What man thinks he can change the Jet Stream and Sun Spots? Did the dinosaurs change the weather too?

As far as economy is concerned, how much does Obama intend that all the countries that have spouting volcanos pay?

And how about the Rain Forest in Brazil? How much change has been caused by the burning of the Rain Forest?

I haven't noticed many countries in Africa contributing much to the global economy, except maybe Egypt and South Africa...All the rest seem to be on the dole, and that includes Egypt as well.
