Just read her speech. It looks like she didn't have an editor. I would have thought for an important announcement she might have wanted it to be grammatically correct. It's an odd odd speech. The "mocking" of Trig given as an excuse is ridiculous, especially since he wasn't being mocked, and on top of that because it was such a small thing. I'll be curious to find out what's really going on here- but I would have to think the voters of Alaska will be kind of pissed about this (or maybe by now they'll just be relived.) I mean if the woman was vp and people challenged her ethics, or there was a political cartoon with a baby, do you think she'd resign? Anyone? Anyone? And some folks said Obama was thin skinned.
