Gary: You are correct. Vicker's Insider Trade Data for ASCEND COMMUNICATIONS INC shows that last time Mory sold shares was on Feb 3, 1997. Date Name Title B/S Shares Price # Held 02/03 EJABAT, MORY PR Sell 134341 60.000 26912 Remember, Mory get most of his bonus package through options and deferred stocks. So I am actually surprised to see him not selling stock in recent 8 months. ( CSCO's honcho Chamber sells almost periodically as most of tech CEOs.) i believe we now know why asnd did not move today, we have non-existent people selling stock. must be the dead from chicago. tim, now that the dead have sold there shares and tried to keep asnd down, expect asnd to move up over 31 tomorrow. look at a few posts before you will see that major officers including CEO CFO all sold shares since Oct 20th. What are you talking about? Ejabat is the CEO last I looked. He hasn't sold any shares. There is no CFO, so how could this non-entity have sold shares? Am I missing somethin? Gary Korn
