A great thing about the United States, we still have the freedom to shoot guns! Oh, yeah..... the young adults are arriving now and they are bringing the arsenal... no, not fireworks, that comes later....I'm talking weapons!

We're all heading for the shooting range, about 150 ft from the house. (Nice living in the country, too.) We are going to make some noise and celebrate the greatest nation in the world.

One Pork Butt and one Beef Brisket and six hours of mesquite smoke.

Am finishing off in a slow 200° oven for 4 hours.

Redskin potato salad, hot slaw, and baked beans, garlic bread.

Oh, and a couple of Smithwichs.
