'tis you are wrong on your facts, which the time to see things through will prove, rather than doing the same ol latin american thing of taking someone by gunpoint, ala our cia excursions there. And I don't care if Hugo is friend or not. He is powerless against us, however as their land has some goodies, it might not be a bad idea to see if we can get along. If you wish to overlook the past and not try to become allies thru honesty, so be it. thankfully, the likes of people who think that way are not in charge now.
