Sonki...long on NOVL..at least for the next five months and waiting for the blue chips to continue going higher before shorting again. I don't think I would like to be long with this market so high, global markets melting down and Greenspan making -'ve comments about the state of the market. Almost like he wants it to go down since he knows that the higer the market goes, the better the chance of igniting inflation. Keep an eye on the trade unions demanding higher salaries.
Companies can only make so much before employees ask for a piece of the pie.....and that is what Greenspan is afraid of.

The DOW at current levels is still in my opinion too high. We need a sellof that will take it below 6000...and that iw what I expect....nothing of that crap about it hitting 10,000 anytime soon.
The bubble has to burst at some point...happened to Japan, happening to Hong Kong....the U.S is next.

Short term I expect volatility so you can probably pick up stocks cheaper than what they are today.

This correction is not over yet. It is the beginning of things to come. I strongly believe that MSFT is heading below $120 over the next month or two. We will revist $123 1/2 again and I would advise selling the next time it approaches $140.

P.S Market cap. is just to high. It cannot be sustained.

I agree with Sonki, that likely MSFT will buy anytime the stock
heads below 130. That has been part of my basis for why I felt
MSFT will continue to trade in the 130s until the end of the year:
valuation doesn't justify sustained trading above 140 and MSFT
purchasing will set the lower end. Other than the correction
glich, still trading in that range. Hence, I wouldn't want to
speculate either way right now with options nor do I feel a need
to add to position for long term investment in MSFT, although if
you are really missing it in your portfolio, no reason not to pick
it up on the dips.
