Steve,
Can you give me one reason to use your firm instead of A.B. Watley or a similar service (Cybertrader, etc.) for a short-term trader like me or for a daytrader? I read your postings and looked at yamner.com and I couldn't find a single advantage.

Of course not. At least on the buy order I placed. They (E*Trade) scalped me for 1/2 point above the ask. I filed a dispute. I've had mixed results with these disputes.
The reason that the confirmation was so important was that I had to sell a stock for the cash to grab a bargain. It was still a decent trade but .50 and the ability to make many more trades would have been much better.
E*Trade does indeed suck.
