Same goes for the self-employed who are feeling the effects. No bailout if you're not part of the statistics. We used to eat out at least 3x's a week, but hardly eat out anymore and certainly not spending $35 on a pancake breakfast at IHOP. So maybe I'm biased. But if everyone's doing less biz, the chain gets rattled down the line. We just got back from a trip to the Jersey shore. Spent carefully. Hearing business is bad there. Media blames the rain, but it's more than that.
