No idea re investing. I don't recall his ever mentioning investments, but then I keep my own counsel when it comes to such things.

A few years ago I volunteered to go door to door for a local state Republican Senator in Washington State. The campaign handed out lists identifying who was a Republican, Democrat or unknown and we were told to look for the American flag, because no matter what the list said (they were often wrong), it was likely a Republican who lived there.

I mentioned this on SI at the time and was lambasted for the idea by liberals.
