Manalagi - year after year in Alabama they put it on the ballot to raise property taxes, and it is shot down. year after year in the legislature they try and raise other taxes and it is shot down. and ya know what? we are at the bottom in income. we are at the bottom in education. we are at the bottom in health. we are at the bottom in every catagory. so what has that gained us? nothing. nothing at all except staying at the bottom and doing no good for our people... who are uneducated, poor, unhealthy, drive crap roads, etc.
