I will cancel your vote if there is a referendum to repeal Prop 13. You can count on that. And I will campaign very very hard for a NO to repeal Prop 13. Lawmakaers have to learn to live within their means, just like ordinary citizens. One thing I can agree with you is to legalize marijuana and yes, you can tax the weed. I never smoke pot. As a matter of fact I never seen a live marijuana plant. But I support the medicinal benefit of marijuana, especially those suffering from the dreadly disease cance.
