Is California R Us 10 years out? That is broke and no foreseeable way to fix it? No political will? California having led every national trend for about 50 years is now broko and the politicians are fiddling while their state goes up in fiscal smoke. And the voters for the most seem indifferent and certainly not willing to repeal prop 13 that got them into this mess. They've proceeded to dismantle one of the finest public educations systems in the world so that they could indulge themselves. So is failed socialism our future? We've got 2 trillion coming in and owe 11 trillion and are going to to attempt to take on universal health insurance and medicare for the baby boomers. Can somebody please tell me why America hasn't had the schnitzel?
