Here it is for those who can't get there. I would welcome your comments on this... From Day Traders Online: Brush Creek Mining Symbol: BCMD-NASDAQ Brush Creek Mining and Development is a little mining venture in Northern California with some big possibilities. They've found some real high-grade ore in pillars (stone left to hold up the mine)up to 500 oz./ton where the industry standard would be under an oz./ton. They have 133,500 tons of minable pillars, and an ore shoot that has results of 2.6 oz./ton which could results in 1.5-2 million ounces of gold. They have nine mines with great prospects, and a diamond field with excitement surrounding it because of its unique geological composition, (according to a Diamond Expert which they just stole from a much larger firm). This area (Downieville-Allegheny) in Northern California is at the Northern end of the famous Mother Lode, and some people are speculating this could be the biggest gold find in U.S. history. The group for BCMD on the Silicon Investor site is really enthusiastic, and very educated and can answer any questions for you. I will also clear up that contrary to certain articles posted here and there, they do not have long term debt and they are not close to defaulting on any payments. In fact, they already have the cash set aside for November's payment to their Swiss Bank. There are a lot of new investors to this stock (20 million+) and everyone is very optimistic. It is not out of the question to see this run up to the teens and ebyond in the near future. But again, this is a risky play because of the low stock price, but it can have huge rewards. Invest at your own risk. It might be worth it to drop a few dollars from the cookie jar into this one. Price as of tip: $1.0625 Target Price: $10+ Time Frame: year's end BUY Posted on Tuesday - Oct 28, 1997 at 12:45:02 by Joseph Pugno Reliability : Excellent I like how he mentioned Silicon Investor.
