The Feds (all of them around the globe) essentially have been
propping a huge unprecedented global banking
derivative Ponzi scheme that already popped last year and
can no longer be supported by the global economy. History tells
us the system will unravel now, the Fed may have bought
a few more months, the question is exactly how. It may be
stocks, it may be bonds, it may be currencies. Unfortunately,
there is no easy answer, except that so far that propping
did not work. However, things are not likely to get better
until the whole Ponzi is gone and markets return to trading
based on fundamentals, rather than derivative druids.
