I have sent the Trustee a dissertaion on this situation which includes a copy of a memo written by Clines and addressed to the President of Computer Thermal Imaging. In this memo he refers to his ownership interest in American Recovery Corporation. Remember this is the company who sued CTI and Secord and lost the case recently. If one checks ARC yopu'll find that Tully and Heidi DiConte are the sole owners. Again Clines hiding behind Heidi???? Should this kind of action be tolerated by the Trustee in an individual who is ostensibly in control of a publically owned company?? If you are a shareholder why don't you let the Trustee know your opinion.
