Yes, it's Louis Navallier (not sure of the spelling). He is a notorious bull on the oil drillers/service and a momentum investor. Regardless, any positive spin can't hurt. I think he said you could "just throw money" (not exact quote) and do fine in this sector. hope lots of folks listened!

This was not just some fund manager - he was Louis Navallier who puts out the MPT Review, a highly rated newsletter and his firm manages several mutual funds as well. CNBC has had him on all week and he talks, talks, talks about oil stocks, mainly drillers, equipment and suppliers - put all your extra money in them, he says. He considers them a defensive play as well. He also keeps saying that your money should be going into small stocks. He is mainly a momentum player.
