ACK! My mind continues to short-circuit on some of this stuff. Can somebody esplain how a company that does 100% of its business selling commercial restaurant appliances avoid this downturn? I mean, it's not just that the *stocks* of these companies are staying up - their revenue and income numbers actually look like there isn't any problem at all:

EDIT: Interesting, they don't appear to sell much in North America. Maybe it's a geographical distribution thing. Who sells in the U.S.?
