Actually in financial services, no one is committing to new technology until obama rules becomes more clear than they are today. This relates particularly to issues of compliance and it is becoming a problem as tech vendors fall away and fin serve companies march in place waiting to see not if the shoe falls but in what direction.

Because he said he was gonna raise the taxes on people making over 250k, he's pushing this stupid tax and cap (and no one knows what's in it, Obama is pushing a healthcare bill and employers don't know what that will cost them. Expanding a business or adding (locations) stores can cost big money and if you do it at the wrong time you can go bankrupt
