The whole Obama program is contradictory. Each special interest group he pandered to has conflicting goals - and he sold his soul to each of them. He and the uncertainty he is causing is currently scaring the hell out of corporate planning. Perhaps the Ruskies will have some good advice for him. Bob

Again, this bureaucracy was starved by the Bush administration, so they are understaffed. That's part of what the Dem legislation is supposed to address. It gives gov't offices such as these alot more funding to make progress with. You guys really will pick at any thread to criticize instead of to point out the good things that this administration is doing. We've seen more progress on renewable energy in Obama's first 100 days than we say in Bush's 8 years in office. That tells everyone all they need to know about where the heart of the GOP really is. Oil oil oil. That's all you understand.
