If Placer needs thes ozs so bad why are we content
to kiss their ass and give them this gift at such a bargain.
I have been waiting a year and a half for this great
happening and I can wait another year if that's what
it takes to get a fair deal. I wonder how many shares
Clive gets in Placer for this little gift.

Terry - Excellent post. I got into Bema expecting them to be taken over & have added to my holdings last week & today based on the expectation that someone is going to be willing to pay for their properties. I think you are correct that PDG will wind up with these ozs & they are a good long term buy with gold appearing to be near a bottom. Keep up the good work & don't let all the naysayers discourage you.
regards, Dave

Terry, You wrote:

The signing of the official contract is just a formality. With signed memos and letter of intent in place this is a done deal. Normal business procedure! There can be no competing bids. Shareholders cannot sell a better title than what they have got, and they have signed away 51% of the properties and thats it and that's "controlling interest."

About the only "revenge" any disinchanted shareholders have left, is to vote Clive out into the Canadian winter!

Cheers, Bob
