Let me put it to you this way Vintner. Would you be in favor of every state setting up a state Permanent fund that puts 25% of all state resource royalties into the fund for the children. And put it in the constitution requiring a 3/4 vote to spend any of the principle, so that it can never be raided and that is inflation proofed first each year before any revenue can be spent on state government?? And that gives revenue dividends to the citizens??
