Karl,

Wasn't there a slowly ramping accumulation of short shares to around 7 M in September. If short interest is now 5M, does this clue us that Cayman position is cleared? Roger Babb sounded like he was fairly confident Cayman cleared earlier.

I am skeptical, but nothing concrete. It seems the Cayman interests would benefit more from a lower stock price, and tiering conversions over several months to garner greater cap value from Zitel and its shareholders. I would think Cayman investors have a considerable inside information advantage compared to the public, too.

Another possibility would be that Cayman has other situations to money, and an assured 20+% as frequently as possible is 100+% per year, assuming 90 day transactions. That's up there with the top private funds managers of recent years duration. (Maybe there is a connection??)

Best regards,
MDR

Assuming 30 day offshore transactions, that's 890+% per year!
