I've been using Leopard. Why does Apple think that using .png for screen capturing with no way change preferences is an upgrade? I am not happy with Leopard. It looks like I'll be stuck with it though, and it doesn't look like Snowleopard is going to fix the interface downgrades of Leopard.

I use snap z pro for my screen capture engine and with that you can change the form it saves to. As to Leopard I'm having some minor issues with it but fully believe that Snow Leopard will be a vast improvement especially on the under the hood stuff you don't really see.

Regardless of the minor stuff the advantages of Leopard far outweigh the drawbacks.

Doren -

Are you talking about the Grab utility that comes with Leopard? It seems to want to save screen captures as TIFF files for me.
