What really gets me is how he is acting like no one was affected. I had to unplug my computer every 5 mins. to call them because their online trading system didn't work. Also their motto: "Some day, we'll all invest this way" I hope not!!!!!

Even No apology for my 55 min wait when I told the operator that "that was the longest 20 mins I've ever waited" On top of that, I was calling 2 hours after the market closed. I have vented
